CARLA ZEPEDA R. GIGER
Founder and Legal Adviser
Carla is our Founder. Her vision is to empower women through Fil Doré and help them navigate through the legal, administrative and social aid system currently in place in Switzerland.
She will help you with all the legal paper work (i.e. debt correspondence with collectors, apply for aid and alimony paper work with SCARPA) and be your main contact with legal, administrative and social institutions in Switzerland in order to help women regain their financial stability.
NICOLE RICHMOND

Nicole is a Self-Love Advocate, Confidence Mentor and helps women of our organisation navigate divorce and separation with STYLE and GRACE so they can step CONFIDENTLY into the next chapter of their life.
ANA LEDERMANN
Business Mentor (Owner of Bombom Bijoux)
Ana is a Confident and Successful Business Woman. She is a Swiss based jewellery designer and owner of her own brand of handcrafted jewellery, Bombom Bijoux.
She is our Business Mentor in Fil Doré. She motivates and empowers women through their own creative ideas and guides them to their own business success.
ARIANNE GIGER
Communication and Event Developer
Young and motivated, Arianne is our Communication and Event Developer.
She is responsible for the event planning and social media development of Fil Doré.
Arianne focuses mainly on Female Youth Community Awareness.
She helps the organisation reach young women through social media in order to make them aware, help them avoid and deal with economic and financial abuse.
SEVATI BONDANZA
Administrative Coordinator
Experienced, trustworthy, super fun and motivated, Sevati is responsible for the coordination, planning and overall administration of Fil Doré.
She has more than 20 years of organisational experience within the UN system, holding many consultancies with UNDP, UNIFEM, UN Women, UNOPS, UNFPA and UNICEF.
With more than 25 years of Meditation Experience she helps women in Fil Doré remain spiritually balanced when going through important life changing processes.
DAIANA CIPOLLONE
Project and Risk Adviser
Daiana brings her 15 years of international experience in Project Management at the UN to the forefront in helping Fil Doré grow and succeed.
She specialises in project risk assessments, change management and good offices efforts and has been involved in Business Continuity Plans and Entreprise Risk Management in the international organisations sector.
Daiana has worked with women from all over the world in support of micro finance opportunities and small entrepreneurial businesses promoting their skills and assets.
She contributes in driving overall operational and management improvements in Fil Doré.
Daiana is also responsible for advising women associated to Fil Doré who want to become innovators and Entrepreneurs on the economic viability of a project or idea.
She provides them with a framework for validating the feasibility of their project using tools that help manage resource allocation (Business Plans and Risk Analysis Reports).
